Peloton has launched a new collection that gathers its Low Impact & Arms Rides in one place.
Peloton introduced the Low Impact & Arms class type in April, combining its Low Impact Ride format with free-weight upper-body segments. The new collection brings all of those rides together as the catalog grows.
Peloton describes the collection:
“These rides are primarily spent in the saddle for a smooth, joint-friendly experience while incorporating upper body segments with free weights to strengthen your arms and challenge your body. They deliver a solid sweat suitable for all levels.”

The class type is a lower-impact alternative to Peloton’s long-running Intervals & Arms rides, swapping the high-intensity interval structure for a steadier, joint-friendly ride while keeping the free-weight upper-body work.
The collection includes six classes so far, all available on-demand:
- 60 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Mayla Wedekind – 4/20/26 @ 12:00pm ET [German]
- 45 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Emma Lovewell – 4/21/26 @ 9:30am ET
- 30 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Tunde Oyeneyin – 5/5/26 @ 12:00am ET
- 45 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Sam Yo – 5/20/26 @ 12:00am ET
- 45 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Mayla Wedekind – 6/1/26 @ 12:00pm ET [German]
- 30 min Low Impact & Arms Ride – Bradley Rose – 6/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
Expect the collection to grow as more Low Impact & Arms Rides are added. You can find them all in the new Low Impact & Arms collection.
Will you be adding any of these Low Impact & Arms rides to your stack?
