Earlier this week, Peloton released a surprise mini artist series featuring the music (& movie) of ODESZA. It turns out this is not the only bonus artist series Peloton has in store for members.
Update – The Taylor Swift Tortured Poets Department artist series is July 11th.
One other extra bonus artist series class has been confirmed, while hints are leading to member speculation that Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department” (TTPD) album may be featured in the coming weeks.
First up – on Tuesday, May 28th, Peloton will have at least one Lindsey Stirling Peloton class. The “30 min Lindsey Stirling Run” will be taught by Becs Gentry at 5:00pm ET on 5/28.
Update – You can read more about the Lindsey Stirling Peloton class here.
The class description reads:
Push your pace with Becs in this celebration of expert violinist and social media star, Lindsey Stirling. Go the extra mile with Lindsey herself as you run alongside her newest music videos!

The description mentions “with Lindsey herself” – suggesting Lindsey may be in the studio along with members. Given this run is taking place on a Tuesday, and will have members in studio on an unusual day, suggests this very well could be the case.
The description also talks about running “alongside her newest music videos” suggesting there might be some special video elements during the class as well. Currently, there is only one Lindsey Stirling class listed on the upcoming schedule, but its possible another could be added as well before next week.
In addition to this confirmed artist series – there are hints that there might be a big surprise artist series on the way. Namely – a series of Taylor Swift “The Tortured Poets Department” Peloton classes. However, it’s worth pointing out again that at this point it is just speculation that TTPD Taylor Swift classes are coming to Peloton soon.
Over the past few days, several members have reported getting a special invite to an in-person class at Peloton Studios New York, taught by Robin Arzon, on June 27th. This class is marked as a pre-record: meaning that while the members will be there for the class, it will be recorded to be released to the on-demand library at a later date, and won’t be broadcast live.
On its own, this invite doesn’t seem out of the ordinary, and doesn’t mention any special theme.
However, many of the members who have been invited seem to share one thing in common: the majority of them either ride with the #PelotonSwifties leaderboard tag, or have taken (and gotten badges for) all the other special Taylor Swift classes in the Peloton on-demand library.
As a reminder, the most recent round of special Taylor Swift classes on Peloton was the 1989 Peloton classes which took place at the end of last year.
One thing to keep in mind is that this special class (and artist series, assuming that is what it is) might not be released at the end of June. The pre-record is taking place on June 27th, but it could be a few days or weeks until it is released – meaning Taylor Swift “The Tortured Poets Department” Peloton class might not be released until sometime in July.

Of course, as we mentioned before covering this speculation – all of this could be a big coincidence, and there is no upcoming “The Tortured Poets Department” artist series.
We will be sure to report more information as it becomes available.
The list of artist series classes for June is expected to be announced on the studio booking website next week, on May 30th. However, Peloton has been known to hold a bigger artist series back from the regular release schedule and keep every class invite only – so that could be the case here as well.
