Peloton Instructor Kendall Toole To Be Honored by the Mental Health Advocates

Peloton instructor Kendall Toole is being honored by the Mental Health Advocates. The organization shared the news via Instagram:

We are thrilled to announce our 2024 ‘Advocacy Award’ recipient – @kendalltoole of @onepeloton! She will join us at our “Inspiring Change” MHA Dinner on May 2nd at The Powerhouse.

Kendall is being recognized with the 2024 Advocacy Award, and it will be presented at the organization’s annual dinner in Buffalo, New York on May 2, 2024. The event will take place at The Powerhouse event space from 5:30-8:30 p.m. The official description reads:

MHA’s annual dinner, Inspiring Change, is an evening to celebrate those who inspire change by promoting mental health and wellness. This annual celebration serves as the non-profit agency’s largest annual fundraising event, while recognizing individuals and organizations who are making a difference in the mental health community in Western New York.

The event is open to the public and tickets can be secured via the event website. There is a wide range of ticket levels available; a single ticket to the dinner costs $150, but sponsorship levels go all the way up to $25,000, with numerous increments in between.

Kendall is being recognized with this award for her commitment to mental health advocacy. According to the event website:

The MHA 2024 Advocacy Award will be presented to Kendall Toole, a proud mental health advocate, who is recognized around the world for openly sharing her struggles. Toole is a powerful mental wellness champion. She is helping to remove the barriers and stigma around mental health and is not afraid to encourage those in crisis to seek support and get help.

According to the Instagram post, Kendall provided the below quote about receiving the recognition:

“I thank MHA in Western New York for extending this generous invitation and heartfelt honor. Mental health is health, and I am on a mission to bring more awareness to the importance of peer support and mental wellness resources across communities because everyone deserves to feel accepted and valued.”
