Inversions with Anna Greenberg (Discover Yoga Week 8 on Peloton)

Peloton has released Week 8 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Inversions” program, led by Anna Greenberg.

Anna Greenberg’s Inversions program on Peloton is described as:

Get comfortable getting upside down with Anna in week 8.

One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.

Day 130 min Inversions: Handstand – Anna Greenberg – 11/4/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 230 min Inversions: Forearm Stand – Anna Greenberg – 11/4/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 320 min Inversions: Headstand – Anna Greenberg – 11/4/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 420 min Inversions: Shoulderstand – Anna Greenberg – 11/4/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 545 min Inversions Flow – Anna Greenberg – 11/4/24 @ 12:00am ET

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Anna Greenberg’s Inversions” Program

Day 1 – In this 30 minute class, Anna introduces the foundations of inversions, with a specific focus on handstand.

Day 2 – In this 30 minute class, Anna focuses on the skills required for practicing a forearm stand.

Day 3 – In this 20 minute class, Anna focuses on the skills required for practicing a headstand.

Day 4 – In this 20 minute class, Anna focuses on the skills required for practicing a shoulderstand.

Day 5 – In the final class this week, Anna flows through the inversions learned throughout the week.
