Peloton instructor Nico Sarani has a new signature yoga series available for members designed to help them wind down at the end of the day.
The series is called Gute Nacht Yoga – or Good Night Yoga – and the official description reads:
Gentle bedtime yoga to relax body and mind: A combination of slow flow, yin yoga and meditation. Calm stretches, conscious breathing, and mindful movements help you release stress and get a deep, restful sleep.
The first class was released straight to the on-demand library on April 14 at 12:00am ET, and is 30 minutes in length. The class is instructed in German, but subtitles are available as well.

Peloton has also promoted the new series via Instagram, writing:
Ready, set, rest🌙
Wind down with @nicosarani’s first signature series, Gute Nacht Yoga, where gentle movement meets restorative meditation to help you reset before bed. In German.
The post includes a video of Nico explaining the rationale behind the series, showing the phone doom-scrolling trap one can easily fall into, with the goal of replacing draining activities like this with restorative movement and meditation.
It is currently unclear how frequently the class will be released, but members can expect this to be a regular signature series from Nico moving forward.
Members can check out Nico’s first Gute Nacht Yoga (or “Good Night Yoga”) class via their hardware device, digital app, or web browser.
Will you be trying this out at the end of the day?
