Fans of Peloton’s endurance-based and power zone cycling classes have numerous upcoming classes to look forward to in November.
First, Peloton will hold its first ever “Global” Power Zone ride.
The class will be 120 minutes in length – the longest class length that Peloton currently offers – and is scheduled for November 16. This class will be taught simultaneously from both NYC and London at the same exact time.
After initially teasing the class as a two for one with Matt Wilpers & Hannah Frankson, Peloton eventually shared that the class will be taught by 9 of the instructors.
Peloton’s global power zone ride will be taught by Charlotte Weidenbach, Christian Vande Velde, Christine D’Ercole, Denis Morton, Erik Jager, Hannah Frankson, Matt Wilpers, Tunde Oyeneyin, and Sam Yo.

Members will be in both studios for these classes. Each studio is expected to have two bikes on the instructors platform, with coaches taking turns swapping out. How exactly the class is handled with instructors teaching from both studios at the same has not yet been revealed.
Peloton currently offers approximately one 120 minute Power Zone ride per quarter, and this will be the first class not taught solely by Matt Wilpers.
Next, guest cycling instructor Christian Vande Velde will return to PSNY for numerous classes during the weekend of November 15 – 17, 2024.

Wwo classes became available for in-person booking for members on October 31, and the schedule is below:
- 60 min. Pro Cyclist: Race Simulation – Christian Vande Velde – 11/15/24 @ 6:30am ET
- 45 min. Real Routes Ride – Christian Vande Velde – 11/17/24 @ 2:00pm ET
This will be the second installment in Christian’s “Real Routes” series, which was first announced last month. This series offers riders an immersive experience where instructors guide them through real-world rides throughout the class plan. The first class in the series covered Col du Galibier, a famous section of the Tour de France. The theme for the next class has not yet been announced, but should be added to the upcoming schedule soon.
It is quite possible that Christian will also be recording a few classes that will be released later as premiere or on-demand classes. He historically has recorded a handful of classes each visit he’s made to the studio.

November 15-17 will be a packed weekend for power zone and endurance riders between the 120 minute Global Power Zone Ride with Matt and Hannah, and Christian’s new classes – will you be looking forward to this new content?
