Peloton has released Week 9 of their Discover Yoga collection – the final week of the program. This is a “Floor Poses” program, led by Chelsea Jackson Roberts.

In Week 9, we’ll stay low to the ground and practice floor poses with Chelsea.
One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ Floor Poses” Program
Day 1 – In this 20 minute class, Chelsea introduces the foundations of floor poses in the yoga practice.
Day 2 – In this 20 minute class, Chelsea focuses on floor poses that target the hips.
Day 3 – In this 10 minute class, Chelsea focuses on floor poses that target the hamstrings.
Day 4 – In this 10 minute class, Chelsea focuses on floor poses that help with mobility.
Day 5 – In this 30 minute class, Chelsea focuses on floor poses that promote rest and relaxation using props.
