AWS Event with Emma Lovewell & WSJ Event with Adrian Williams

Peloton instructors Emma Lovewell & Adrian Williams will be hosting some in-person workouts at conferences in the coming weeks.

First up – Emma Lovewell will be teaching a “Sunrise bodyweight strength class” at the AWS re:invent conference in Las Vegas.

This session will be on Tuesday, December 2nd from 7:00am – 9:00am. The event is only open to attendees of the conference – and details can be found here.

The workout is described as:

Power up your morning with an adrenaline-fuelled HIIT bodyweight strength class in collaboration with Peloton. Experience heart-pumping beats, high-intensity moves, and the ultimate energy boost to kick off your day at AWS re:Invent. Led by Emma Lovewell, this workout is designed to push limits, spark motivation and leave you feeling unstoppable.

Emma Lovewell was recently in Las Vegas, along with Alex Toussaint and Becs Gentry to teach “IRL @ F1 Las Vegas” classes as part of Peloton’s F1 partnership.

Next, Adrian Williams will be hosting a workout in Washington DC.

Adrian’s workout will be part of the WSJ CEO Council Summit, and it will take place on December 9th from 6:30am – 7:00am ET. The workout is titled “A Bodyweight Routine to Build Resilience — Anywhere”.

The description for Adrian’s workout is:

Maintaining lean muscle mass is critical to longevity and healthspan. Join Peloton Instructor, Adrian Williams, for a powerful strength workout designed to offset the impact of sitting and travel. This is a workout you can execute anywhere in the world, no equipment required. We’ll provide the towels, water bottle and mats — just bring yourself. Workout shoes are great, but barefoot is cool too. No excuses! See you there.
