Our exercise gym was expertly designed under the expertise of fitness instructors and personal trainers. Featuring a dedicated movement studio, strength training machines, and a variety of state-of-the-art cardio machines, including two Peloton bicycles, you will have no choice but to maintain your fitness regimen while in residence. Personal trainers are available by request and complimentary yoga, Pilates, HIITs and other group classes are facilitated by the valley’s most skilled instructors during the winter and summer seasons
