Peloton Instructor Cliff Dwenger to Appear on The Voice Germany (Again)

Peloton instructor Cliff Dwenger is heading to the stage as a competitor once again on The Voice of Germany.

For those unfamiliar, The Voice is a singing competition where contestants perform in blind auditions for celebrity coaches, who mentor them through battles, knockouts, and live shows on the way to the finale.

Cliff first appeared on the German version of The Voice in 2018, where he performed as a rapper and advanced all the way to the semifinals. Many of his performances are still available to watch via YouTube.

Cliff recently confirmed that he will return for the 2025 season. He shared the news via Instagram Stories, appearing alongside his family – including his newborn daughter, who he recently welcomed earlier this year.

In the clip, Cliff told his followers in German: “I told you about this project this year and I am a part of The Voice of Germany 2025 as a rapper.”

He performs under the stage name of “AfrowCliff.”

Cliff has previously shared his singing talents with Peloton. In 2024, he debuted his song “Work Hard, Pray Hard” during one of his “Gloriously Gospel” classes – singing it live with a choir in studio on bikes.

By making it to the semifinals in his first appearance in 2018, he became the first German rapper to do so at the time.

It is currently unclear how Cliff’s participation on The Voice Germany will affect his Peloton class schedule (if at all), but we will share any updates as they become available.

We are wishing Cliff the best of luck as he embarks on this exciting endeavor!
