Kirsten Ferguson has launched a new program called “Call Yourself a Runner.”
This is a 3 week program, with each week having 3 different walk + run classes, as well as a strength class. The program is designed for those new to running, or those returning after injury.
In the program, you will progress from 4 minutes of running in the first class, to being able to run for 20 minutes (broken up by walks) in the final class of the program.
The classes are taught with running pace targets, and you will not go above an “easy” pace in the classes – and there is no incline. The focus of the program is on endurance and holding easy pace.

All of the walk + run classes are taught by Kirsten, and are new for the program. The strength classes are not custom-created for the program – they are older on-demand classes that were placed into each week.
Below you will find full details and the list of classes in the “Call Yourself A Runner” program with Kirsten Ferguson.
