Peloton Instructor Bradley Rose Provides Health Update

Peloton instructor Bradley Rose recently took to social media to provide an update on his personal life, including a recent health issue that has kept him off the live schedule.

In a video posted to Instagram, Bradley shared a personal update, which he began by affirming that he knows members have been wondering about his whereabouts in the wake of numerous canceled classes. He explained that he realized he “disappeared” – however, this was for a very specific reason. Bradley stated:

“What I did find myself in was another medical drama I did not addition for. So, at the beginning of February, I woke up with a massive lump on my ribs, which was really worrying. So I decided I needed to get this checked out as soon as possible from a doctor; and, they said the words that I never thought I’d hear, and no one should ever want to hear, is sarcoma.”

Bradley explains that from there, he “spiraled into a WebMD-induced panic” – which he highly discourages. This led to more doctor visits and a number of tests, followed by a waiting period that ultimately led to surgery to remove the lump.

This week Bradley learned that the mass was benign – meaning that it was not cancerous. He appreciates everyone checking in and showing concern, and promised that he’d be back soon. His caption on the post read: “The good news is I’m ok. See you next week.”

Bradley’s last live class took place on Saturday, February 8, and he has only had one pre-recorded on-demand release since then. However, as of publishing time he is listed on the live Peloton schedule as early as Tuesday, March 4.

Bradley has previous openly shared, and discussed in many interviews, how he previously had a stroke and discussed his experience with that.

Bradley and his wife Sophia are also expecting their first child this year.

We are glad to hear Bradley is recovering and are wishing him well!
