Peloton has announced a new signature series with Assal Arian called “Bauch Beine & Po” – translating to abs, legs, and glutes.
The series was promoted as:
A German gym staple, now a Peloton signature. 🇩🇪✨ Bauch Beine Po is here! Join @assal_arian every other Monday for this signature strength workout targeting your legs, glutes, and core.
The post includes a video of Assal running through some of the movements that members can expect to see in this new content: strength classes that will target the core and lower body.

The first class took place on Monday, October 20 at 11:00am ET and is already available in the on-demand library.
The first class is 30 minutes in length and the official class description reads:
“Tone your abs, legs, and glutes and strengthen your core in this energetic workout.”
As teased in the announcement, look for new Peloton Bauch Beine Po classes every other Monday.
This is the second signature series in German that Peloton has announced in a week’s time; last week Eric Jäger launched his new series, Tempo X.
