Peloton’s newest program is a German language split strength program, taught by Assal Arian.

The new “3 Day Intermediate Split Strength Program” is designed to be repeated over multiple weeks, so that members can track their progress and see improvements over time. Each day focuses on a specific set of muscles.

On Day 1, you’ll work chest, shoulders, and triceps. Day 3 will work on back and biceps. Day 5 will be a lower body workout, while also touching on core and lower-back stability.

Peloton’s “Assal Arian’s 3 Day Split Strength” Program (Intermediate Level in German) Description

Here is the official description for “Assal’s 3 Day Int Split” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Assal! Increase strength & build muscle in this 1-week program by using heavier weight and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 3 out of the total 3 classes.

How to join the Assal Arian’s 3 Day Split Strength Program on Peloton (Intermediate Level)

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Assal’s 3 Day Int Split program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule. As a reference, you can also find the list of classes in the program below – where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it whenever you want.
