Ash Pryor Teaching Live Classes Again This Weekend At Peloton After MCL Surgery Recovery

Ash Pryor is back on the live Peloton class schedule this weekend, returning from her break to recover from MCL surgery.

Her first two live classes back are a 30 min Mother’s Day Row on Sunday, May 10 at 2:30pm ET (with members live in studio), and a 20 min Tabata Row on Monday, May 11 at 6:00pm ET.

Ash first announced in March she was having surgery to repair a small MCL tear. She had been off the live schedule since her last class on March 22, though she did pre-record a few classes that have continued to drop on-demand during her absence.

Earlier this week, Ash shared that she had begun recording some on-demand classes to be released in the future – and she is now stepping back onto the live schedule as well.

Here are the details for Ash’s two live classes in the next few days.

  • 30 min Mother’s Day Row – Ash Pryor – 5/10/26 @ 2:30pm ET
  • 20 min Tabata Row – Ash Pryor – 5/11/26 @ 6:00pm ET

Ash then starts to rotate back onto the regular schedule, with her having classes the following weekend as well.

Ash isn’t the only Peloton instructor returning to the live schedule in recent weeks. Selena Samuela also recently taught her first classes following maternity leave, and is teaching a Mother’s Day Walk + Run on Sunday afternoon.

Will you be tuning in for her return classes this weekend?
