Peloton Instructor Alex Toussaint Honored at HeartShare St. Vincent’s Service Annual Benefit

Peloton instructor Alex Toussaint was recently honored by HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to equalizing opportunities for children and teens in New York City.

Alex shared the news via Instagram:

It’s never been about me….its always been about WE‼️Thank you to @hsvsnyc for honoring myself and the Do Better Foundation as we continue to support the youth in our communities🙏🏾 Let’s continue to build together and provide the best opportunities for the kids to not only live their life but also thrive while doing it‼️🙌🏾💯🖤

Alex was honored at HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services’ annual benefit on October 19 in New York City. He received the “2023 Rising Star Award” for his Do Better Foundation, which seeks to increase access to wellness resources. According to the event website:

Alex Toussaint, Peloton Instructor and Puma Athlete, is a titan of the fitness community sitting at the intersection of fitness, tech, music, sports, and entertainment.
A hybrid of high-performance athlete and motivational coach, Alex is widely respected for his authenticity and positivity.


Off the bike, Alex is committed to having a positive impact in his community. In 2020, Alex founded the Do Better Foundation whose mission is to democratize wellness by increasing access to wellness resources.
Alex continues to build his platform to inspire and empower others.
As Alex always says, “Feel Good, Look Good, Do Better.”

Peloton founder and former CEO John Foley, along with his wife Jill Foley, former vice president of Peloton Apparel, were also honored at the event. They received the “2023 Fred and Nancy DeMatteis Award,” which is presented to those whose work reflects the legacy of the DeMatteis family.

Numerous Peloton instructors were in attendance at the event, including Ally Love, Matty Maggiacomo, Emma Lovewell, Hannah Corbin, Tunde Oyeneyin, and Rad Lopez.
