Kirsten Ferguson is celebrating the November 10, 2026 release of From A to Z: This Is Me! with an Instagram giveaway and a family launch event at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY).
We first shared the book announcement in July. Kirsten co-wrote From A to Z: This Is Me! An Empowering Alphabet for Young Girls with her daughters, Eden and Emery. The book pairs letters of the alphabet with affirmations for young girls.
The PSNY launch celebration takes place on the book’s release day, Tuesday, November 10, from 4:00 to 6:00pm ET. The $20 Family Ticket covers one adult plus children and includes one signed copy of the book. Additional books can be added to the primary registration for $20 each.
Peloton describes the event on their page:
“Hosted by Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, the two-hour celebration features an intimate fireside chat with Kirsten, a special reading by her daughters Eden and Emory, and an evening packed with hands-on craft stations, treats, and photo ops.”
The event schedule is:
- 4:00pm ET: Check in and pick up your family’s signed book.
- 4:10-4:15pm ET: Chelsea leads a five-minute family meditation with Kirsten and her daughters.
- 4:15-4:30pm ET: Chelsea and Kirsten have a fireside chat, followed by a reading from Eden and Emery.
- 4:30-6:00pm ET: Bracelet making, affirmation-poster coloring, and personalized live family drawings.
You do not need to be a Peloton member to attend. Children of all ages are welcome, and anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Peloton’s event page says registration will stay open until the event reaches capacity.
PSNY is located at 398 10th Avenue in New York City. Attendees should use the plaza-level entrance facing 9th Avenue for check-in.
PSNY has hosted other instructor book launches, including Sam Yo’s celebration for The Monk’s Mindset in May, which also included a signed book.
Kirsten is also running a giveaway for copies of her book on social media. The giveaway offers a signed copy of the book and a personalized thank-you video from Kirsten, Eden, and Emery. Three winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
To participate, you must follow both @atozthisisme and @iamkirstenferguson. The announcement says there will be seven days of posts, each with a different way to enter. Each day you participate counts as a separate entry.
The @atozthisisme giveaway announcement asks participants to finish the sentence “I am…” in the comments with how they empowered themselves that day. Follow the daily posts for the other entry instructions.
