Peloton held another instructor summit in New York this past week, bringing their U.S.-based instructors together for two days of meetings, team building, and a unique group workout featuring both Bikes and Treads.
Ally Love talked about the summit during a recent 30 min Country Pop Ride, dedicating a song to her fellow instructors.
She said:
“I don’t know if you saw social, but everybody’s popped off in the US at the same time because we had our instructor summit where we all get together in one room for like nine hours and we get to pour into each other in ways on how we can do better, how we can show up for you all. You are the headline of the meeting, but also how we can show up for each other.”
Ally went on to tell her fellow instructors, “My humanity is only as high because you are true examples and I love each and every one of you.”
The latest summit ran across two days. Tuesday brought the instructors together with members of Peloton’s content team, while Wednesday was focused on the instructors themselves.
Part of the programming included a panel moderated by Jess Sims with Kara Lawson, head coach of Duke women’s basketball and the USA Basketball Women’s National Team. Lawson had just coached the U.S. to the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup championship in September.

This is the second New York instructor summit of 2026. Peloton has generally held these gatherings around once per year in recent years. Ally has previously described the summits as an opportunity for instructors to reconnect and recommit to their craft, each other, and Peloton’s culture.
The instructors also took a workout together, as they did at the previous New York summit in January.
This time, however, Peloton used both Bikes and Treads in the same studio. Instructors in the front row rode Bikes, while another row behind them used Treads, allowing both groups to take the same workout together.
Peloton has not said whether this year’s class will eventually be released for members.
Peloton held their previous New York instructor summit on January 21. At that gathering, Denis Morton taught a cycling class with the rest of the attending instructors riding Bikes in the studio. The workout was not initially available to members, but after instructors shared clips on social media, Peloton released it several days later as a 20 min Reconnect Ride.
Peloton Studios London then held their own instructor summit and Reconnect Ride with Hannah Frankson shortly afterward.
Robin Arzón also shared photos from the gathering in an Instagram post, writing:
“Asking myself how I got so lucky to call this WORK. 🤍 To call these humans my teammates? A privilege. Wildly talented. Deeply generous. Relentless in service of our Members. This work is sacred. This team is special. I don’t take a second of either for granted. Feeling fully charged and ready for what’s next. LFG! 🔥 PSL, you’re next! 🤍”
Chelsea Jackson Roberts responded that words could not explain her love for the instructor team and Peloton community, while Mariana Fernández described the group with “Love. Trust. And pure Respect.”
Robin’s “PSL, you’re next” comment confirms another Peloton Studios London instructor gathering is on the way, though Peloton has not yet announced when it will take place.
We will share an update if Peloton releases this year’s combined Bike and Tread summit workout for members.
Would you take the 2026 instructor summit workout if Peloton adds it to the on-demand library?
