Becs Gentry will lead a free three-mile group run in New York City on Saturday, October 10 as part of Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Festival.
The event, called “MOVE: The Feel-Good 3 Miler with Becs Gentry,” will take place from 9:30am to 10:30am, with doors opening at 9:15am.
It starts from Spring Studios at 50 Varick Street in New York City.
This is not an official Peloton event. It is organized by Project Healthy Minds as part of the festival’s Move programming.
The run is described as:
“Join Peloton instructor Becs Gentry for a 3-mile fun run built for every pace, from first-timers to seasoned runners looking to shake out the nerves before the day gets going. Known for bringing infectious energy and a ‘run happy’ philosophy to everything she coaches, Becs will lead this group through a relaxed, feel-good route with plenty of motivation and community along the way. No PRs required, just good company and better vibes.”
Registration is free.

Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Festival takes place throughout the day on October 10, which is World Mental Health Day.
The free festival has six different areas – Connect, Move, Restore, Reflect, Create, and Care – with programming including movement, conversations, mental health, mindfulness, and community.
Becs’ run is one of the fitness events included under the Move portion of the festival.
Becs has led other in-person community runs this year, including Peloton’s April Run Club from Peloton Studios New York.
The World Mental Health Day event gives members another opportunity to run with Becs in New York, although this one is being organized independently by Project Healthy Minds rather than Peloton.
Mental health has also been a recurring programming focus for Peloton, including Mental Health Awareness Month classes earlier this year.
Those interested in attending can register for the free run through Eventbrite here, and find full details on the festival here.
