Kirra Michel's 7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety program on Breathwrk

New “7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety” Program with Kirra Michel in the Breathwrk App

Peloton has added a new breathwork program, “7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety” with Kirra Michel, to the Breathwrk app.

Peloton announced the program through an in-app alert, writing:

“Join Kirra for 7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety, a new program now available on the Breathwrk app, powered by Peloton. Free with your All-Access Membership.”

The program is a week-long guided breathwork journey built to calm the nervous system and ease stress and tension. It opens with a five-minute intro, then moves through one guided session per day. Days 1 and 2 run five minutes each, while Days 3 through 7 step up to ten minutes, layering in new breathing techniques as the week goes on.

You can view the full class list below:

  • Intro to 7 Days to Release Stress (5 min) – An introduction to the week-long journey and how breathwork supports the nervous system.
  • Day 1 (5 min) – A grounding practice using simple nasal breathing to settle the body and quiet the mind.
  • Day 2 (5 min) – Intentional inhales and soft, audible exhales to release physical tension and invite relaxation.
  • Day 3 (10 min) – A steady 4-in, 6-out rhythm to soften racing thoughts and support nervous system regulation.
  • Day 4 (10 min) – Body scan, structured breathing, and gentle mental labeling to downshift the nervous system.
  • Day 5 (10 min) – Steady 5/5 breathing and internal anchoring to build emotional steadiness and balance.
  • Day 6 (10 min) – Ladder box breathing and free nasal breath to expand stress capacity and strengthen focus.
  • Day 7 (10 min) – A guided flow integrating stabilize, release, and regulate patterns, closing with reflection.

It is the second program Peloton has added to Breathwrk, after Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ 7 Days of Breathwork last month.

Like Chelsea’s program, this one lives in the Breathwrk app rather than the main Peloton app. Peloton acquired Breathwrk in October 2025, and it has since been free for All-Access, Guide, and App+ members through their existing Peloton login, with completed sessions syncing back to the Peloton app.

The launch continues Peloton’s steady build-out of original content in Breathwrk as it leans further into wellness. Kirra released a similar week-long “7 Days to a Calmer You” meditation program on the main Peloton app back in 2024.
