Peloton is starting to add more content to the Breathwrk app, and is actively pushing more members to use it.
The latest release is a new “7 Days of Breathwork” guided program from instructor Chelsea Jackson Roberts, available in the Breathwrk app rather than the main Peloton app.
The program kicks off with an “Intro to 7 Days of Breathwork” video, followed by seven daily 5 minute guided breathwork sessions. The intro class description reads:
“Curious about breathwork? This introduction explains how intentional breathing supports your nervous system and sets the tone for the week ahead. We’ll close with a gentle guided practice to help you begin.”

The new program lives in the Breathwrk app only, which Peloton acquired in October 2025. Since the acquisition, Breathwrk has been free for Peloton All-Access, Guide, and App+ members through their existing Peloton login, with workouts also syncing back to the Peloton app for streaks, challenges, and workout history.
Over the last week, Peloton has been making various posts trying to drive Peloton members to the Breathwrk app. One said:
“Meet Breathwrk. Start small and breathe deeper. Chelsea’s 7 Days of Breathwork program is now available on the Breathwrk app, powered by Peloton and free with your All Access, Guide, and App+ Membership. Learn simple, guided techniques to regulate your nervous system, shift your energy, and reconnect with your body. Build it into your day with Daily Breathwork. Two 5-minute, instructor-led sessions dropping every Monday to help you wake up with intention and wind down at night. Plus, Peloton meditations are now available on Breathwrk, with new classes added regularly.”
In addition to the new program, Peloton is also adding “Daily Breathwork” classes – which are 5 minute classes led by Peloton instructors. One is designed as a wake up routine, and one as a wind down. The first Daily Wind Down class shown in the app is taught by Aditi Shah.
There will also be meditations led by Peloton instructors in the Breathwrk app. There are currently meditations from Aditi Shah, Anna Greenberg, Nico Sarani, Kirra Michel, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, and Denis Morton in the Breathwrk library.
When the acquisition was first announced last October, Peloton members got free access to the existing Breathwrk content, but there was little new Peloton-produced content in the app. Adding Peloton instructors and original programs into Breathwrk is the start of a deeper integration between the two apps – or Peloton trying to use people’s favorite instructors to get them to utilize the app.
