A casting agency is looking for real Peloton members to participate in what appears to be an upcoming advertising campaign & commercials for Peloton. The casting call is seeking men and women to share their Peloton journey and story.
Update – Peloton has put out an official casting call for what appears to be the same project.
The project is described as a still images and motion shoot, and the casting call specifies they are looking for diverse talent across body shapes, ethnicity, and age groups.
The key requirement is that applicants must be actual Peloton members – past or present – and the personas they’re casting for should be authentic to the talent, not someone playing a role.
Update – The casting company who shared the details with us has reached back out and shared that some of the original details may not be finalized. As such, we have temporarily removed the original details and will re-update once the casting details are finalized.
The application form asked for your Peloton handle, how long you’ve been a member, which Peloton modalities you have experience with, details about your activity and how it fits into your life, your Peloton journey, union status, agent info, Instagram handle, and photos of your face, full body, and you doing your activity (with an optional video).
Peloton has done similar casting calls in the past, seeking real members with authentic stories for use in marketing campaigns.
