“Cooking with Robin Arzón” Event at Peloton Studios New York on March 7th to Celebrate “Eat to Hustle” Cookbook Launch

Peloton will host a “Cooking with Robin Arzón” event at Peloton Studios New York on Saturday, March 7th to celebrate the release of her new cookbook, Eat to Hustle. The book officially comes out on March 10th.

You can find the event page with ticket information here.

The event runs from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and is described as a “high energy, multi-sensory pop-up experience” inspired by the cookbook’s 75 protein-rich recipes.

Here’s the run of show:

  • 4:00pm – Mise en Place: Check-in begins with a welcome drink.
  • 4:30pm – Behind the Apron: An intimate conversation with Robin about the inspiration behind Eat to Hustle, moderated by a special guest host.
  • 5:00pm – The Friendly Flame: An instructor cook-off where two special guest instructors will go head-to-head preparing a recipe from the cookbook, with Robin guiding and judging the results.
  • 5:20pm – Savor & Celebrate: A meet-and-greet with Robin, prepared bites from the cookbook, and a photo opportunity.

Tickets are $35 each and include a signed copy of Eat to Hustle, a meet-and-greet photo with Robin, and what Peloton describes as “a few fun surprises along the way.” Purchases are limited to two tickets per order and one order per email address. Note that tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled after purchasing.

As is tradition, Peloton typically hosts an event at PSNY whenever an instructor releases a new book. Recent examples include events for Susie Chan’s Trails and Tribulations, Callie Gullickson’s Mocktail Hour, Hannah Corbin’s Did You Stretch Tho, Ross Rayburn’s Turning Inward, and more.

We first shared about Eat to Hustle last summer. The cookbook features 75 high-protein, plant-based recipes and is available for pre-order now on Amazon (affiliate link).

You can find other books by Peloton instructors here.

If you’re interested in attending the Cooking with Robin event at PSNY on March 7th, head to the event page to grab tickets before they sell out.
