Peloton has officially kicked off their new “Move For Life” program & challenge for February.
These new programs, which aim to guide people to workout either 150 minutes, 225 minutes, or 300 minutes per week, are designed to help people achieve “generally accepted physical activity guidance for healthy adults.”
These plans will combine multiple days of cardio with two strength workouts per week – with different recommendations based on what plan you are doing.
These are not being currently added as official challenges or programs, but rather, are simply being posted as text updates in the “Move For Life” team within the Teams feature of the Peloton app.

The classes that are being recommended are not new / custom created classes for the challenge, rather, they are curating older, previously recorded classes – so you won’t hear them talk about the challenge in the classes like you would for a custom program.
There are a variety of instructor’s classes being included as part of the challenge.
As each set of classes is released, we will continue to update this page, so you can reference the full list of classes in the challenge here.
Each day Peloton is also providing a small snippet of information about how the challenges are designed to improve your overall health & wellness.
