Zacharias Niedzwiecki Adding Strength & Kettlebells Classes on Peloton in Coming Weeks

Peloton instructor Zacharias Niedzwiecki is officially expanding beyond yoga, with plans to begin teaching Strength classes – and specifically kettlebell classes – very soon.

UpdateZacharias Niedzwiecki has officially been announced as a Peloton strength & kettlebell instructor, with his premiere on January 29th.

In a recent interview with Digital Journal, Zacharias shared that his move into Strength is imminent. He stated:

“Even just looking to next week, I’m going to be premiering with Strength. I’m really excited to bring the yoga elements and show the world really how you can connect the teachings of yoga and the consistent movement that you can create and also the intention of your movement into your strength.”

Though Peloton has not made any official announcements about Zacharias’ expansion to the Strength modality, strength was mentioned in his debut as an instructor.

In addition, Zacharias is one of the instructors slated to teach “The Tailgate,” the recently announced strength class tied to Peloton’s Super Burn 2026 programming around the Super Bowl. Zacharias will teach alongside five other existing Strength instructors, and it is not currently clear whether this will be his strength debut, or if that will happen sooner.

According to the Digital Journal article, Zacharias is also expected to soon begin teaching Kettlebells classes, which he described as “a fun dichotomy,” noting that kettlebells and yoga “coincide so well together.” Only a select few Peloton strength instructors teach kettlebell classes, and adding an additional instructor to the roster may impact the frequency of classes. Peloton had also hinted at Zacharias expanding to teach Kettlebell classes when he was first announced.
