Peloton has shared their featured classes for the week of January 26 through February 1, 2026.
On Thursday, January 29, Matty Maggiacomo taught a live 30 minute Walking Bootcamp at 9 AM ET (2 PM GMT). This class featured pace targets.

If you aren’t familiar with Peloton’s Walking Bootcamp class type, the class combines a mix of walking on the Tread plus strength on the mat. Unless the class title specifies “50/50,” you can expect to alternate a couple times between the walk and strength portions of the class.
As for pace targets during the walking portions of the bootcamp, you can choose your walking pace target level (1-10) and your specific speed paces will be reflected as Matty calls out different walking levels of perceived exertion (e.g., recovery, brisk, power).
Later on this week, join Hannah Frankson on the leaderboard for a live 60 minute EDM Ride on Saturday, January 31 at 7 AM ET (12 PM GMT).

If you’re looking for a long class but would prefer to run, join Becs Gentry on Saturday at 9:30 AM ET (2:30 PM GMT) for a live 60 minute 2000s Run.

This run will also feature pace targets.
Lastly, join Aditi Shah for the first Flow & Let Go class stack of 2026 on Saturday, January 31. This is Aditi’s signature yoga and meditation series to strengthen the mind-body connection. Classes typically occur once a month.

Hop on the mat at 9:30 AM ET (2:30 PM GMT) for the live 30 minute Flow & Let Go Yoga class, followed shortly by the 10 minute Flow & Let Go live Meditation at 10:10 AM ET (3:10 PM GMT). The classes are designed to be taken together.
You can find other installments of this series in the Flow & Let Go class collection.
