Peloton Yoga is expanding in a big way. Following last week’s announcement that three new yoga instructors are joining the team, Peloton has now introduced a brand-new class format: “Sculpt Flow.” In addition, members can expect more Power Flow and regular Yoga + Pilates classes on the schedule moving forward.
This news comes as Peloton highlights the updated class offerings and introduces the newest members of the yoga roster: Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Greta Dopp, and Johanna Ricouz.
Sculpt Flow blends the mindfulness of yoga with the burn of light-weight strength training. Numerous classes have already appeared on the upcoming schedule. A sample class description reads:
“Flow, pulse, and sweat in this full-body workout! We’ll use light weights and high repetitions to increase the burn while flowing through yoga poses. Get ready to turn up your movement and breath to leave feeling strong.”
The format incorporates yoga sequences with strength-driven movements and higher reps; essentially a hybrid of yoga and sculpt training. Note that Peloton also offers Barre Sculpt classes, which were unveiled earlier this year as part of Peloton’s refresh of their Barre and Pilates content.
As part of this expansion, Peloton also shared that members can expect to see more strength-focused yoga content overall. This includes: more Power Flow classes, which are designed to build heat and strength while pushing endurance; and more Yoga + Pilates classes, a class format that just launched last year and combines lengthening yoga poses with core-intensive Pilates work.
Peloton shares that these offerings will roll out more consistently moving forward due to the addition of the three new instructors.
Peloton formally introduced its newest yoga coaches – Zacharias, Greta, and Johanna – last week when they appeared in Robin Arzón’s 2025 Turkey Burn Ride. You can read more about each of the new instructors via our overview article. Each brings a unique background and will teach both the new strength-focused formats as well as classic Peloton yoga styles.

Each new instructor will host a 30 minute live premiere class this week, and members can earn a special badge for completing all three. The premiere class schedules are listed below:
- 30 min. Power Yoga Flow – Zacharias Niedzwiecki – 12/4/25 @ 8:00am ET
- 30 min. Yoga + Pilates – Johanna Ricouz – 12/5/25 @ 8:00am ET
- 30 min. Sculpt Flow – Greta Dopp – 8/6/25 @ 8:00am ET
Peloton notes that members should keep an eye on the schedule for more upcoming Power Flow, Yoga + Pilates, and Sculpt Flow classes, as well as additional on-demand drops.
The arrival of “Sculpt Flow” and a broader set of strength-focused yoga classes suggests Peloton sees rising demand for workouts that fuse strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
