Peloton shared some of the great classes you can take during the week of November 17 through 23, 2025.
First, there is a new class collection featuring core strength classes that use a foam roller. As of now, there are five classes all taught by Robin Arzón in the collection.

The foam roller core classes range from 10 to 20 minutes in duration. It is not clear if any other instructors will teach core classes using a foam roller, or if this class type will be specific to Robin. You can find more information about this collection here.
Later this week, two new Commuting Meditations will be available in the on-demand library on Wednesday, November 19 at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT). There will be a 10 minute Morning Commuting Meditation with Denis Morton and a 10 minute Evening Commuting Meditation with Aditi Shah.

Also on Wednesday, Peloton will add to its New York City-based race content with a new 60 minute United Airlines NYC Half Scenic Run. This will be available on your Peloton Tread/Tread + at 10 AM ET (3 PM GMT).

Finally, end the week strong with a live 30 minute Epic Sing-Along Ride with Jenn Sherman on Sunday, November 23 at 10 AM ET (3 PM GMT).
