Becs Gentry has teased that some longer runs are in the works for next year.
During a recent class, Becs hinted that some 2.5 hour runs on Peloton (or 150 min runs) could be on the way in 2026 – along with some 2 more hour runs.
When talking about a moderate pace section of a run, Becs said:
You know this pace. If you take endurance classes, this is it. This is where we stay. You could be here for 60 minutes. We could be here for 2 hours. Wink wink, nudge nudge. Or maybe 2.5 hours? See, we do listen. All I’ll say is – Q1 programming slaps. It slaps in goodness, and it’s going to slap me on the muscles as well. That’s OK. For you guys – anything.

While not explicitly stating they were coming – this implies that Peloton could be planning to launch their first regular 150 min running class (i.e. a 2.5 hour class). It also hints that Peloton is planning more longer runs (2 hour runs) for members, both from Becs, and other instructors.
The “we do listen” comment is a nod that many Peloton members consistently request longer classes – especially from those who may be training for marathons or half marathons – and it seems this feedback is going to lead to more longer running classes created in 2026.
Currently, there are only three 2 hour long running classes in the regular Peloton on-demand library (two on the tread, and one outdoor audio), with a few more hidden in various programs.
There actually is already one 2.5 hour running class hidden on the platform – but it is a scenic only class. In April 2024, Peloton created the “150 min TCS NYC Marathon Pro-Speed Run”. As a scenic class, it is only available to take on the Peloton Treads, and not through the app.
Would you be interested in more 2 hour classes or a 2.5 hour run?
