Peloton is making some seasonal schedule updates – something the company typically does a few times a year. This will see instructors get new “regular” time slots, and move the days and times many of them regularly teach.
There are several reasons for these changes – including accommodating instructors own schedules, or allowing members to work out live with different instructors if the old time slots didn’t match when they could take classes.
These adjustments come alongside the new in-person member days schedule change at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY), which also takes effect this week. This will see in-studio member days shift to Thursday through Sunday in NYC.
There will also be a reduced live schedule on Mondays and Tuesdays – something Peloton says they are doing to allow them to record more on-demand classes for programs. You can read more about those changes in our overview article.
Many instructors are affected by schedule alterations. Jenn Sherman recently mentioned her updated schedule in a video posted to her Instagram Story. She explained that for the first time since joining Peloton, she does not have a regular class slot on Tuesdays. She now has standing time slots on Sunday and Monday mornings – the Monday morning piece being new – as well as Thursdays.
The changes go beyond just a few instructors – many across the roster are seeing tweaks to their regular time slots.
One of the biggest highlights is that Peloton is promising more late-night live classes. A new banner on the Bike is promoting these expanded evening options, encouraging members – especially those on the West Coast – to “unlock that after-hours power.”

Starting October 7, Peloton is introducing 8:30pm ET (5:30pm PT) live rides every Tuesday and Thursday. The new schedule kicks off with Camila Ramón teaching on Tuesdays and Hannah Corbin on Thursdays.
Peloton also shared the update on Instagram, writing:
West Coast 👀 Unlock that after-hours power you’ve been craving ⚡️
Join us live every Tuesday (@camilaramonnn) & Thursday (@hannahcorbinnyc) starting tonight at 8:30 PM ET | 5:30 PM PT.
This is not the first time Peloton has ever had classes at 8:30pm ET / 5:30pm PT – but they have become less frequent over the years. It sounds like Peloton is making an effort to make them more regular – although that could change at any point.
