Peloton is marking World Menopause Month – which is observed in October – with a new initiative.
Peloton is partnering with Respin Health – the women’s health organization founded by Halle Berry – to launch an eight week program designed to support people navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Update – Peloton’s menopause classes are available, and members are able to join the research study.
This will be Peloton’s first time curating content specifically for menopausal members, making it a milestone in the company’s ongoing direction toward inclusive wellness programming. Respin’s goal is to provide more comprehensive, science-backed, and personalized support for people going through menopause, with community, expert guidance, and resources.
The new Peloton content will feature a dedicated Collection of Peloton classes, including newly co-created sessions led by instructors Christine D’Ercole, Susie Chan, Joslyn Thompson Rule, and Charlotte Weidenbach. These classes are designed with menopause in mind, targeting physical and emotional well-being during this life stage.

Beyond the on-demand workouts, Peloton and Respin are also joining forces on a research study. Peloton members will have the chance to participate in groundbreaking research exploring the impact of movement on perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Respin Health will lead the study, contributing insights to the growing body of knowledge around midlife women’s health.
To further connect participants, Peloton will be rolling out a new “Menopause Health” Official Team within the Peloton App. Like other Official Teams, it will appear under the “Community” section of the Teams tab once available. This new team will provide a dedicated space for members to find support, encouragement, and shared experiences as they progress through the program.
This partnership will officially launch on October 6th. We will share the full details of the initiative – including how members can access the new Collection, join the Menopause Health Team, and enroll in the study – upon its official launch next week.
