New Peloton Split+ Bike Bootcamp-Style Program (Strength & Cycling) From Robin Arzon Coming Soon

Peloton will be releasing another one of their Split+ training programs in the near future – this one led by Robin Arzon.

In a recent strength class, Robin shared that she is in the process of recording a new Split+ strength program – a mix of both cycling and strength.

Peloton’s Split+ programs are relatively new – the first set of them were released in October 2024. Instead of being traditional strength classes, the classes have a strength segment (focusing on one body area each day), followed by a short segment of cardio on a hardware device.

Robin shared that her new Split+ strength program will be a 3-day program (so will likely be called “Robin Arzon’s 3-Day Split + Ride Program”). Up until now, all of the other Split+ Peloton programs (you can find a list here) have been 4-day programs.

She teased that each class would be 45 minutes long, with the first 30 minutes being the strength portion of the workout, and then 15 minutes of cycling (with at least one day being sprints or intervals).

Robin did not share exactly when this program would launch – just that she had been recording the classes last week. However, some of Peloton’s programs are recorded months in advance, so it could still be a little while until this program is officially released.

We will share more details as they become available, or once the program officially launches. Thanks to Peloton member @courtneychakra for sharing this information.
