Erik Jager is now a Peloton Tread coach.
To celebrate his addition to the team, Peloton has created a one week program of running classes with Erik Jager. Called “Running with Erik: Program Your Week” this program has Erik Jager lead members through how he uses different class types to improve aspects of running like speed, technique, and endurance.
The “Running with Erik” program is taught in German, and as of right now, does not have English language subtitles.
The core of the program consists of 4 main running classes. These are a 20 min run, 30 min run, 20 min run, and a 45 min run. The very first class in the program is a short 5 minute introduction class where Erik Jager walks you through the program. There is also a warm up and cooldown programmed for the first day as well.

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 3 classes, Silver badge for completing 5 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Peloton “Running with Erik: Program Your Week” Program with Erik Jager
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Running with Erik program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.

Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program.
