Katie Wang has a brand new 4-day “Split+” program – a “Split + Row”.
The 4-Day Split + Row program by Katie Wang consists of 4 different Row bootcamp classes. Each day of the program focuses on a different area of the body for the strength workout, and then ends with a cardio workout on the Row.
Like a traditional split strength program, this program is designed to be repeated, so you can track your progress over time.

This program was added as part of the first set of Peloton’s Split+ programs.
Katie Wang’s 4-Day Split + Row program is the second rowing bootcamp available that Katie has been involved in. Earlier this year, the You Can Row Bootcamp program by Katie Wang & Adrian Williams was launched.

Katie Wang’s 4-Day “Split + Row” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.
How to join Katie Wang’s 4-Day Split + Row program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Split + Row program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
