Cliff Dwenger has a brand new split strength training bike bootcamp program.

The new “Cliff Dwenger 4-Day Split + Ride” training program is taught in German, and features 4 different bike bootcamp classes from Cliff. Each day will see you focus on a different body area for strength – and finish the workout with some cardio in the bike.

Cliff previously taught a traditional 3 day split strength program.

This class launched alongside Ben Alldis’ 4-day Split & Ride program – which were Ben’s first bike bootcamp classes, as well as the other new Split+ programs.

Peloton’s “Cliff Dwenger 4-Day Split + Ride (DE)” German Program Description

Here is the official description for “Split + Ride (DE)” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Cliff. Build muscle and increase your aerobic capacity by targeting specific areas of the body and ending each workout in a cardio finisher. Repeat and track your progress.”

Peloton’s “Cliff Dwenger 4-Day Split + Ride (DE)” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.

How to join the Cliff Dwenger 4-Day Split + Ride (DE) program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Split + Ride (DE) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
