Peloton Offering Monthly Meditation Challenge in May 2024

Peloton is adding to their slate of monthly challenges for the month of May, including a meditation challenge for the first time.

The challenge is being offered in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, which is observed in the United States throughout the month of May.

Peloton’s standard challenges are offered each month in cycling, strength, rowing, and running; but this is the first time they have offered a challenge specifically for meditation. The official challenge description reads:

Meditate your way to a mindful May as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. Earn a badge by taking a meditation class on 10, 20 or all 31 days of the month and feel the benefits of a regular meditation practice.

Members have the opportunity to earn three badges: bronze for taking meditation classes on 10 different dates; silver for taking meditation classes on 20 different days; and gold for taking meditation classes on all 31 days of the month.

If you’re on the hunt for additional badges, be sure to check out our site for a complete guide of badge opportunities.

In addition to the challenge, members can also likely expect Mental Health Awareness classes throughout the month of May. These classes are sure to be added to the dedicated Mental Health Collection, which contains content across multiple modalities dating back to 2021.

If you’re interested in participating in Peloton’s May Meditation Challenge, be sure to opt in via the “Challenges” tab on your hardware device, app, or web browser in order to ensure your progress is tracked.
