Peloton has a brand new split-strength training program available for members – in German.
Cliff Dwenger now has an intermediate level, 3 day split strength training program – designed to be taught over the course of one week. It is created so that members can retake the program over time, and hopefully see how their progress has improved since the last time they took it.
We have a list of the classes in the program, how to join, and full details below.

Peloton’s “Cliff’s Intermediate 3 Day Split” Strength Training Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 1 classes, Silver badge for completing 2 classes, Gold badge for completing 3 classes out of the total 3 classes.
How to join the Peloton Cliff’s Intermediate 3 Day Split Strength Training program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Cliff’s Intermediate 3 Day Split program, and join the program. You can join via the Peloton website here.
