New Peloton “7 Days of Mindful Mornings” Meditation Program with Aditi Shah

Peloton has launched a brand new meditation program led by Aditi Shah.

The new “7 Days of Mindful Mornings” meditation program with Aditi Shah is created to help members get their day started with as little as 10 minutes – with morning meditations.

There is a short 5 minute introductory class, and then a 10 minute meditation with Aditi for every day of the week.

For those who are brand new to meditations, there is also an older 7 Days to Start Your Meditation practice with Aditi Shah program from the beginning of this year (which also has a Spanish version and German version).

Here is the official description for “7 Days of Mindful Mornings” from Peloton: “Join Aditi for this week-long guided meditation program designed to help get your mornings started off the right way. Begin your journey to more mindful mornings – all you need is 10 minutes per day.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 8 out of the total 8 classes.

How to join the Peloton 7 Days of Mindful Mornings with Aditi Shah meditation program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the 7 Days of Mindful Mornings program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
