Peloton has released a new program designed to support better posture and easier movement. This is a German language program called “7 Tage zur besseren Haltung”, which translates to “7 Days To Better Posture.”
The program is one week long, and consists of 11 classes, and is a mix of stretching, strength, mobility, and foam rolling classes that range from 5 to 20 minutes long.

Peloton teased the program by saying it would “Build strength, improve mobility, and learn how to move with better alignment in just 7 days.”
The classes do have English language subtitles available.
