Peloton has launched their latest program. Called “7 Days To Focus Your Mind”, this is a one week meditation program led by Anna Greenberg.

This program has a different 10 minute meditation class for every day, and is designed “to declutter and focus your mind.”

Anna’s new program is the third in the “7 Days” yoga & meditation series that Peloton has released over the years. There is also a 7 Days To Start Your Meditation Practice with Aditi Shah, as well as a 7 Days To Better Sleep programs – with variations in every language. Anna described it as a week’s worth of practices that build on each other, and they are practices that were super impactful on Anna herself – so she wanted to share them. She says you can take it as intended – in order – or simply repeat any classes, or if you miss days to come back to it.

As has been the case with some other recent shorter programs, the individual classes are also available in the on-demand library – in addition to being available through the program.

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.

How to join the Peloton 7 Days to Focus Your Mind with Anna Greenberg meditation program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the 7 Days to Focus Your Mind program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
