After teasing the launch over the last 24 hours, Peloton has now begun emailing members their 2024 Year In Review. Note that the data for Peloton’s 2024 recap runs from January 1st, 2024 – November 30th, 2024.
The 2024 Peloton Recap (or Peloton Wrapped) is being sent with the subject of “[Name], check out your 2024 milestones.”
In it, the recap summarizes members workout stats, goes into some community highlights, gives each member a “workout personality”, and highlights everyone’s achievements and streaks. The header image also calls this the “Peloton 2024 Rundown” – but Peloton is officially calling this the “Peloton Victory Lap.”
As a reminder, if you would like to get a full calendar year recap (or any time period), you can do so with third party sites like the Domestiq.net replay feature. You can see an overview of Domestiq replay here.

To begin Peloton’s Year In Review, each member should see an overview of their workouts for the year. This includes miles ridden, kilometers rowed, calories burned, and minutes worked out. The section also highlights how long you’ve been a member.

Next, the email summarizes your streaks and achievements. It shows off what your longest streak was for the year, as well as shows some of your badges. As a reminder, Peloton made some tweaks to how they highlight streaks in the app this year.

The next section highlights your “workout personality”. This is designed to showcase what type of workouts you may gravitate to. For example, one is a “Cadence Conquerer”, another is a “Vibe Curator”. There are other workout personalities like “Road Runner”, “Festival Fanatic”, “Rowing Rockstar”, “Gold Getter”, and more.
The “Vibe Curator” defines itself as “New routine? No problem. You kept it fresh this year with a variety of different workouts. We’re excited to see what you’ll stack next year.” The “Cadence Conquerer” is “You pushed through heart-pumping intervals and cranked up the resistance on challenging rides this year. Way to set the pace!”

Finally, the email wraps with some overall stats for the Peloton community. This includes the following stats about Peloton for 2024
- 461,319 members trained for a marathon in 2024
- 250,050,678 members hit a PR this year*
- 50,190,042 high-fives given
*Note that this number can’t be correct, as there aren’t 250 million Peloton members. Perhaps they meant that many PRs were achieved.

Peloton then links people to a “Highlight Reel”, which should open in the Peloton app. First, Peloton highlights 1.39 billion+ “miles on the move.” Peloton points out that this mileage equates to more than 350,000 trips back and forth from New York City to London, where their two studios are located. This stat doesn’t specify which discipline it is.

According to Peloton, members rowed a total of 2.98 billion meters in 2024. This is enough to travel around the entire globe nearly 75 times.

Next, Peloton highlights the time members spent meditating throughout the year: a total of 852 million minutes. This equates to 1,620 years of “zen time.”

Finally, Peloton shares a special video message from Peloton instructors. The entire instructor video, titled “Thank You For Showing Up in 2024” can also be viewed via YouTube, or below:
Peloton’s 2024 Year In Review follows previous trends of Peloton emailing stats out in mid-December. The 2023 recap was emailed on December 14th, while the 2022 recap was sent on on December 15t.

Lackluster recap again this year. I miss when they made the individual videos showing favorite instructors, music, etc. I continue to use Strava because it has such a better recap. Disappointing to get an email with bad clip art. I feel like its a missed opportunity on free publicity. Look how many people post their Strava and Spotify wrapped. Still love Peloton, but just a bit of a bummer
