New 10×10 Strength Training Program & Collection with Erik Jager in German on Peloton

Peloton has released a brand new-strength training program, this time in German.

Erik Jager’s new 10×10 strength training program is designed for beginners. 10×10 strength training will lead you through learning correct weight lifting movements to set up your future workouts.

The program is 10 days long, and consists of 28 classes in total. Most days consist of a 5 minute warmup, followed by a 10 minute focused class, then a 5 minute stretch.

Each day, you’ll learn a new strength movement during that 10 minute class. The pace is relaxed and not rushed, allowing you to learn them for the first time.

Although this is a program, you’ll find Erik Jager’s 10×10 program in the “collections” are of Peloton’s website – meaning you aren’t locked into taking it in a certain amount of time, and you can jump around and take whichever classes when you want.

The classes are in German, but every class has subtitles in English.

Peloton’s 10×10 strength collection is Erik Jager’s first featured collection on the Peloton platform. He shared that it is perfect for people at every level – from beginner’s just learning to more experienced people looking for a refresher. Erik went on to reiterate that all training levels are welcome to this program.
