The Peloton Tread Currently Has a 2-3 Month Shipping Time

Peloton has updated its U.S. website with a notice indicating that the Peloton Tread is currently experiencing high demand, resulting in longer-than-usual delivery times.

According to the site, orders placed now have estimated deliveries in late April and May 2025. The message reads: “Due to demand, the est. delivery is later than usual.”

The message, displayed on the Tread’s product page, suggests that Peloton is seeing increased interest in the basic Tread, leading to potential supply constraints.

This situation mirrors a similar occurrence with the Tread+, which faced significant delays late last year but now appears to have stabilized in terms of availability. At the time, Peloton even offered customers a free month of All-Access membership once their Tread+ arrived. No similar promotion has been implemented for the Tread thus far.

Peloton has not provided specific details on the cause of the Tread’s extended delivery window, but supply chain challenges and heightened demand could be contributing factors. Customers looking to purchase the Tread should plan accordingly, as current estimates suggest they may need to wait several months for delivery.

For those seeking a treadmill sooner, the Tread+ now seems to be readily available after facing its own shipping delays in late 2024. Both current and prospective members hoping to add a treadmill to their home setup will need to decide whether to wait for the standard Tread or consider alternative options, including the higher-end Tread+ or other brands.
