Peloton has launched a brand new 7 day stretching program, taught by Chelsea Jackson Roberts.
This program is available in the main Peloton app, and is the first stretching program by Chelsea. We shared earlier this month Chelsea was teasing a new program in development.
Peloton says that this program will be “pairing simple stretches with intentional breathing to support recovery, relieve stress, and build movement that lasts.”
This is yet another recent attempt by Peloton to push breath work to Peloton members. Two months ago, Peloton added a 7 Days of Breathwork program in the Breathwrk app – also taught by Chelsea. Peloton acquired the Breathwrk app in 2025
The first 5 days of the new “Stretch With Breath” program are 15 min stretching classes, and then the program finishes with 20 minute stretches for the last 2 days.

Here is the official description for “Stretch with Breath” from Peloton: “Slow down, open up, and breathe deeper in this 7-day program pairing simple stretching with intentional breathwork. Through accessible movement and mindful breathing, you’ll support recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness.”

How to join the Chelsea Jackson Roberts Stretch with Breath program on Peloton
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Stretch with Breath program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
