Robin Arzón Teases a New Split + Run Program Coming in August to Peloton

Robin Arzón has a new Split + Run program coming to Peloton in August.

Robin shared the news at the end of a class this week, giving members a rundown of the format:

“So I have great news. I have a new Split + Run launching in August. So stay tuned for news on that. 4 days a week, 45 minute sessions. Heavy lifting, durability training on the tread.”

She added that she wants members treating it as a repeating block rather than a one-off, saying “you should be repeating 4 days a week, for a minimum of 4 weeks.”

Robin then made a pitch to the members who would normally skip anything with “run” in the title:

“I recognize not all of you consider yourself ‘Runners,’ with a capital R, but I want you to check that split out anyway. Really really quality, 30 minutes of heavy lifting. This is the kind of lifting that is going to add years to our life, bone density to our body, and of course durability to our muscles.”

Each session will pair 30 minutes of strength work with roughly 15 minutes on the Tread, which will look familiar to anyone who has taken Robin’s 3-Day Split + Ride program, which launched in June 2025 and used the same 45 minute format, with 30 minutes of strength followed by 15 minutes on the Bike.

Robin’s Split + Ride was a three day program, which made it an outlier, since Peloton’s other Split+ programs have generally been four day programs. This new one moves to four days, putting it in line with the rest of the format.

For members unfamiliar with the format, Peloton first introduced Split+ classes in October 2024. They are structured as one week programs built to be repeated over consecutive weeks, with each session focusing on a different area of the body for the strength portion before moving to a cardio segment on a piece of hardware. Robin’s instruction to run it four days a week for at least four weeks fits that repeat-based design.

Robin has built out a lot of strength programming in this vein. Beyond the Split + Ride, she has an unofficial three day full body strength split she shared earlier this year, and her splits are among those gathered in Peloton’s Split Replays collection.

Peloton has not officially announced the program yet, so details like the exact launch date, the class titles, and whether a badge will be attached are still unknown. We will share updates as they become available.

And as always, you can find a list and full details on all of Peloton’s programs here.
