Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ “Vibe & Flow” Peloton Yoga Series

Chelsea Jackson Roberts has a new yoga series she started this year called “Vibe & Flow”

What makes these classes special is how they pair instructors who usually teach in very different spaces and integrate them into a yoga class. Instead of sticking to traditional yoga playlists, these flows embraced unexpected music styles. The classes are designed so that the playlists are co-curated by her guests, and showcase their favorite styles of music.

The first three classes of this series have featured Camila Ramon, Alex Toussaint, and Jenn Sherman. At this point it seems like Chelsea will have new vibe & flow classes every few months. Below is the current list of classes available:

The Camila and Chelsea collaboration was the kind of yoga class that leaves you both grounded and energized. Chelsea brought her signature calm presence, guiding the breath within a setting that was soulful, and with a mindful tone that she’s known for. With Reggaeton music driving the flow, she layered in Camila’s vibrant energy—and even sprinkled in a few Spanish phrases, giving members a fun, cultural connection to the rhythm of the class.

The blend of grounding wisdom, playful beats, and cultural flavor made the flow feel fresh and alive—like mindfulness in motion. And beyond the yoga itself, it was powerful to see two instructors with such different vibes coming together on the mat.

For the Alex Toussaint collaboration, his Club Bangers edition of Vibe and Flow was exactly what the name promised: 30 minutes of fire. The playlist was stacked with tracks that made you want to move, sweat, and flow as if you were part of the beat itself. Hip hop set the tone for Chelsea’s signature switchbacks, making the work both challenging and fun as Alex hyped the class from start to finish.

True to form, Alex brought his trademark motivation, talking straight through the screen with that “let’s get it” energy and a couple of winks. It wasn’t just a yoga class — it was a full-on party.

Vibe & Flow classes highlight what makes Peloton unique. One moment, you’re easing into a grounding Reggaeton flow with Chelsea and Camila. The next, your living room transforms into a nightclub with Alex. It’s balance in the best way — mindfulness on the mat with beats that move you.

Both Camila and Alex emphasized that yoga is a necessary part of any training program — not just for strength and flexibility but for the way it makes you feel afterward. Chelsea reflected on her yoga training and how she was once told that music like this didn’t belong in yoga spaces. Now, she uses it to create representation and celebrate culture in ways that resonate with more members.
