Start Week 1 working on form and technique. Take a post-ride stretch after each class, and use one weekday and one weekend day for longer stretches and recovery!

Begin Week 2 with Beginner and Advanced Beginner rides, then lighten things up with a Pop Ride. Take two rest days to stretch and recover during the week and on the weekend.
