Several of the Peloton instructors, who are also lululemon ambassadors, will be teaching classes as well as taking part in a panel at the upcoming lululemon GlowUp Studio event in NYC.
The Peloton instructors who will be involved are:
- Adrian Williams
- Chelsea Jackson Roberts
- Callie Gullickson
- Cody Rigsby
The lululemon GlowUp Studio is described as a “once-in-a-lifetime chance to train, spin, dance, and flow like never before.” It is taking place over two weeks: from February 26th – March 9th, 2025.
This will feature classes, panels, and special events from a number of different trainers. However, on Wednesday, February 26th, the first day of the event is essentially the Peloton x lululemon day.

That day will see 4 different classes taught by Peloton instructors. Each class is $35, and they will take place at 210 Lafayette St, New York, NY 10012. Keep in mind this is not at Peloton Studios New York – as these classes (and the whole 2 weeks) are a lululemon event first and foremost – not a Peloton event. Most of the classes will be followed by a meet & greet (and presumably pictures) with the instructor. In all the classes, mats and weights will be provided if needed.
lululemon notes that “All proceeds from registration support the ongoing LA fire relief efforts of the non-profit It’s Bigger Than Us.” If you need to cancel, you’ll get a refund as long as you cancel more than 24 hours before the class starts.
Adrian Williams will teach 20 minute full body strength class, followed by a 10 minute stretch. This will be at 7:00am ET. The full description is: “Get ready to power it up with Peloton Instructor Adrian Williams as he brings his “thunder” to the mat. Adrian will lead you through a 20-minute full-body workout that combines strength training and dynamic movement followed by a full-body stretch. Class will be followed by a 30-minute meet and greet.”
Next, Chelsea Jackson Roberts will teach a 30 minute yoga & meditation class. This class will be at 9:00am ET. The description is: “Hit the mat with Peloton Instructor Chelsea Jackson Roberts in this all-levels 30-minute Yoga & Meditation class, designed to increase strength, improve flexibility and enhance body awareness. Chelsea’s warm, inclusive approach gives everyone a place to grow in their greatness. Class will be followed by a 30-minute meet and greet with Chelsea.”
Then, Callie Gullickson will teach a 20 minute bodyweight strength class, followed by 10 minutes of low impact cardio. Callie’s class will be at 4:00pm ET. Her class description is: “Get ready to BYOE with Peloton Instructor Callie Gullickson. Callie will lead you through an all-levels 20-minute bodyweight strength class and 10 minutes of low impact cardio, combining two complementary, efficient workouts to build strength and love your body along the way. Class will be followed by a 30-minute meet and greet with Callie.”
The last class will be Cody Rigsby teaching a 20 minute Dance Cardio class, followed by a 10 minute stretch. This will take place at 5:30pm ET. The description reads: “Get ready for unfiltered realness with Peloton Instructor Cody Rigsby, and “get your life together, friends” to join him for a 20- minute Dance Cardio experience with a 10-minute stretch. Cody’s moves and hot takes on all things pop culture will give you an amazing workout and leave you in stitches along the way.” Note that Cody’s class does not mention a meet & greet and is scheduled to be 30 minutes shorter than the other classes.
The evening will wrap with a panel discussion featuring all 4 Peloton instructors. This will take place from 7:30pm – 9:30pm ET. The description for the panel is: “Join our panel of lululemon Ambassadors and Peloton instructors for an inspiring conversation on movement, risk-taking, and owning your journey.”
Like the classes, the panel has a $35 cost to attend. You can attend all of the events if you wish.
