Hannah Corbin has released Peloton’s first stretching-focused program on Peloton.
The one week program consists of a different 10 minute stretching class every day of the week – with 7 classes total.
The program teases that it will “highlight your full body’s flexibility and mobility.”
This program is being launched the same week as Hannah Corbin’s new book – “Did You Stretch Tho?” is released (affiliate link).

Here is the official description for “7 Days of Stretching” from Peloton: “Join Hannah for this spicy week-long guided stretching program that highlights your full body’s flexibility and mobility. All you need is 10 minutes a day for 7 days to feel fabulous.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 6 out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Hannah Corbin 7 Days of Stretching program on Peloton
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the 7 Days of Stretching program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
