New “Floor Bootcamp 2” Peloton Training Program with Jess Sims & Selena Samuela (Strength & Cardio)

Peloton has released their latest training program, called “Floor Bootcamp 2”. This 4 week program is led by Jess Sims & Selena Samuela.

The structure for each week is similar. Members will start off with a 30 minute floor bootcamp class led by Jess Sims. They’ll then take a 30 minute floor bootcamp class taught by Selena Samuela. The week will end with a 20 minute two-for-one Floor Bootcamp class taught by both Jess & Selena.

As the name suggests, this is a sequel to the original Floor Bootcamp program taught by Jess & Selena that was released in 2022. However, unlike the original program – this new program is not exclusive to the Peloton Guide – so all members can jump into the new program whenever they want.

For anyone who is wondering if they have to take the first program before this one – Peloton is specifically saying you don’t need to. The program description even says “Didn’t take Floor Bootcamp? Don’t worry, you can jump right into this 4-week program and take your strength and cardio to the next level!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 6 classes, Silver badge for completing 9 classes, Gold badge for completing 11 classes out of the total 12 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Floor Bootcamp 2 program, and join the program. You can join the program via the Peloton website here.
